After Reading Lao Tsu: Chapter 23

As strong wind as well as rainstorm eventually will be gone, nature is always changing. It is entirely beyond the control of human beings. If everything follows the Tao in such a way, nothing will go well when you attempt to do something by force or change something as you want. Rather, it is better that you should observe the situation as it is, ride on the flow, and keep just being there with no resistance. That is exactly a state being mindful, and the secrets of martial arts are there. Enemies are also the part of nature, and their savage body and mind are too.
