After Reading Lao Tsu: Chapter 1

Mindfulness is defined as "simply observing the experience at the present moment with intentional awareness, no judgement, and no captivity." It is keeping being insightful just naturally and calmly, with being not caught by anything, being released from anything, and doing nothing. Then, it would be possible that we can feel the "Xuan," which is beyond all description. The practice of martial arts is moving Zen; mindful meditation. Therefore, Budo can be said to be just a system to realize the Tao or "Xuan."
