Stable Continuity of Practicing Budo

Ideally, the practice of budo should be constantly continued to do, at anytime, no matter what happens. We budo-ka should not be absent from regular practices by making such excuses as feeling bothered, unwilling to do, being tired, being uncomfortable, being busy, having other things to do, and having no time to practice. It's because the enemies do not stop fighting with us even if we say "now I am so tired that I can't..." They do not stop fighting even if we are now feeling bothered, uncomfortable, or busy. They do not withdraw with saying "Oh, sure, I got it!" Therefore, whatever our situation is, in any case, it is to be desired that we continue to practice at the regular time. It is also a practice of budo that we think about why we have a mind to feel bothered and unwilling to practice, and how we cope with the mind. It is also a practice of budo that we ourselves know the sense of our own body at such time that we are tired or uncomfortable. Of course, at that time, we need not to move as usual with patience. It is also a part of a practice of budo that we regulate our moves according to the inside dialogue with our body. Additionally, it is also a practice of budo that we manage and find time to practice budo just when we don't have enough time to do that because we have a lot of other things to do.
